As seen below in this beautiful Austrian kitchen, Leicht have released a brand-new kitchen door finish – Steel.
Metal finishes and industrial styles continue to be a popular interior design choice and manufacturers are working to create new, effective products.
The unique panels of the Steel doors have a real, metal liquid coating with a powdered iron mix over a composite centre – the rust brown colour is achieved through a special oxidation process. The darker colour and matt finish of the Steel door brings warmth to open plan living and it’s a great alternative to stone and concrete finishes to achieve the industrial style.
The colour and finish of the Steel also blends well with wooden floors and can be a good colour contrast when paired with stone or tiled floor, as seen below.
