We have a small but experienced, creative & very talented team of professionals, a great culture of collaboration and support, and we are now looking for an experienced senior fitter to join our team.

Job brief:

Managing multiple projects, this is a hands-on role working alongside our wider fitting & design teams, involves communication between onsite trades, internal team members and ultimately the customers to ensure a first class, smooth and timely installation.

Dedicated to precision, our ideal candidate is an adaptable team player, with strong organisation skills and attention to detail, with experience in high-end kitchen installations from start to finish.  The ideal candidate will be able to work to installation deadlines as well be flexible with moving dates that are anticipated in the renovation industry.  Approachable and a team player, the candidate will be able to work and communicate professionally with all team members and clients.

Responsibilities include;

• Delivering first-class installations & customer handovers for every project.
• Liaising with the team on all installations within Hubble’s two showrooms and overseeing work undertaken by sub-contracting teams.
• Overseeing deliveries, worktop templating and any key milestones of an installation.
• Facilitating & communicating between design & fitting teams to ensure a smooth, stress free and high-quality installation.
• Hands on approach for remedials and installation support.
• Interpreting designs & plans & liaising with other trades on site.
• Documenting the progress of installations and reporting of any component issues to the design team.

Requirements

• Ideally several years’ experience as a German kitchen installer, with previous project management experience a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, ability to be courteous and professional to all team members internally and externally.
• Proactive and flexible with the ability to work to deadlines and adapt to moving dates.
• Trustworthy and reliable, a team player with high level of dedication.
